*All Makeup services applies to any makeup looks (Basic/Natural makeup, Soft Glam and Smokey Glam) except for creative and unconventional styles which will require complex application and more than 60mins to complete.
*All Hairstyle services applies to any hairstyles (down-do and up-do) regardless of the length and thickness of hair.
*Complimentary mini touch up kit may be provided for clients with all-day event, and early appointment.

BOOKING GUIDELINES & POLICIES
Mobile Services

We offer mobile or in-studio service with a minimum requirement of 3 people both with hair + makeup bundle, or at least 5 services in total, including travel fee. Our travel fee is $0.75/km, minimum $30. Please inquire if your location is within our travel, otherwise, clients will be required to come to our home studio in Millwoods (T6L 5A6 - just off of 34 street Whitemud exit).

Group Bookings Notes:
*For a group of more than 2 people, or more than 4 services in total (hair and makeup is counted as 2 services), a second artist/assistant will be required to accommodate everyone and finish in time.
*We charge $50 for an extra artist fee + travel fee.
* A booking with 7+ or for situations with less than 6 hours prep time available, and depending on what time you need to be completed, we will require a 3rd, or additional artists to accommodate everyone.

Service Timeline:
Each service takes about 1 hour (e.g Makeup = 1 hour, Hair & Makeup = 2 hours). This is with 1 artist. Bringing a second artist will cut the time in half.
We will also add extra 30mins to the timeline which includes the setup time in the beginning, cleaning & sanitizing between clients, snack break (more than 4 hour bookings), and touchups at the end, if needed.
Please note that bookings are first come, first serve.
To book your appointment, we require a deposit/ retainer fee, and completed service agreement.
NOTE: All our prices are final and non-negotiable.
Prices may vary depending on clients requests; and may change at any time without prior notice.
5% GST will be applied on the total.
